I was looking for an engagement ring, found Mike online, and from the time I first contacted him until the end of the process, I could not have asked for a better experience. All of my contact with Mike was via email, and he was very responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I needed a ring quickly, and Mike did everything he could to expedite the process. Unfortunately, my proposal did not go as expected, and I ended up returning the ring. Mike's return policy was spelled out on his website, and went exactly as promised. I returned the ring within the acceptable time frame, and Mike had a check for the full purchase amount in the mail within days. I found a setting I loved at a retail jewelry store in Florida while on vacation. We felt it was way too expensive, so when I got back home I decided to shop via the internet. I found a few sites where I could search for diamonds and then I compared the "deals" on each site to each other. I found that McGivern Diamonds had the best prices for similar quality diamonds. If you are looking for someone to help guide you the process of buying a diamond, look no further. I looked all over the internet, went to 47th street in Manhattan, and really did my research. When making such an expensive purchase, you want to make sure you are dealing with someone who is knowledgable, and trustworthy. I called Mike and told him what I was looking for, and my price range. Within a day, he sent me a list of diamonds that met my specifications in addition to what he thought what be the best value for my money. They were all beautiful. The diamond that he suggested was not even the most expensive one. Let me say the diamond that I ended up buying is stunning. My fiance loves it. If you are worried about purchasing your diamond online, don't be. There is a 30 day return policy. Mike is that good and you won't be disappointed.

I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring that I had for many many years. After checking with my local jeweler, I decided to see what was available on line. I was uncomfortable with ordering a diamond on line, but after talking to Mike I knew it would be all right.
